The course objective:
This course covers basic orthodontics from a to z
Starting from normal occlusion, classifications of malocclusion, and how properly diagnose the case using cast analysis and reading lateral ceph. Then treatment planning
All orthodontic instruments and appliances and how to use them for management of class 1,2,3, how to gain space by ”expansion and distalizers”, functional and orthopedic appliances how and when to use, MINI IMPLANTS, management of different malocclusions “deepbite, open bite, crossbite, etc..”, Leveling and alignment, mechanism of tooth movement, retention, and relapse And finally a dental photography
This course gives you what you need of science and practice to make sure you can fully treat an orthodontic case by yourself in your dental practice
The course overview:
The orthodontics postgraduate program combines basic science and clinical orthodontics in a comprehensive curriculum aiming to produce clinically competent professionals with a scholarly understanding of orthodontic philosophy as it applies to patient treatment.
